WILDFORM is the brainchild of Caroline De Sousa and César DeLeön Ramirêz, both industry disruptors with combined forty-plus year of cumulative experience in beauty and a personal connection to the metaphysical.

César DeLeön Ramirêz grew up between New York and Puerto Rico amidst hairspray and rollers in his family’s hair salons.  An artistic maverick, Cesar was determined to carve a meaningful space for himself within the beauty and fashion world early on. Cesar trained with top stylists, including Michelle Caruso, Ruth Roche, Jo Blackwell-Preston, Orlando Pita, Julien d’Ys and Guido Palau to absorb all he could and continues to seek new knowledge and share his own passionately. He began training at Dop Dop salon in 2001 while building his portfolio. After landing his first celebrity, Elizabeth Berkley, the rest followed, filling Cesar’s book with accomplished and well-known figures. Cesar is most known today for his work on celebrities including Ciara, Christina Aguilera, Normani, Beyonce, Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Arianna Grande, Jennifer Lopez, Demi Lovato, Jennifer Hudson, Mariah Carey, Kehlani, Russell WIlson, Becky G, Laverne Cox, Erika Jayne, Solange, Rita Ora and many more.

Now 20 years in the industry, his looks have been seen on TV shows like The X Factor, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Ellen, So You Think You Can Dance, RuPaul's Drag Race, America’s Most Musical Family and so many more. Beyond his celebrity work, Cesar has collaborated extensively with a myriad of high-end brands. His work adorns hundreds of covers and spreads including W, Elle, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ, Latina, ID, Vanity Fair and many more. He has also garnered recognition for the impeccable vision he brings to New York’s runways, where he has worked with fashion forward designers like Victor De Sousa, Katie Gallagher, Carlos Campos, Michael Costello and Narciso Rodriguez.

He has been recognized by the industry’s leading media outlets, where he has earned “Best Hair” for his work during Fashion Week and red carpets like The Met Gala across several seasons. Some career highlights include achieving the Creative Director position for Dop Dop Salon in NYC, Global Artistic Director at L’Oreal’s multi-texture brand Mizani and even co-created his own progressive brand of hair pieces, wigs, accessories and more called, WILDFORM. Regardless of the platform, Cesar will always create a meticulous, clean, creative and polished look that merges shapes and structures, sexiness, and artistic allure.
