Renée Cascarina is an accomplished creative director, designer and entrepreneur. In a career that spans 20+ years, CASCARINA has consulted for a global mix of top media agencies, beauty brand and high-profile clients, including MAKEUP FOREVER, Carol’s Daughter, DSW, Valentino, Rocawear, Gwen Stefani, JayZ and Mary J. Blige.

Passionate about developing a product of her own, in 2010 CASCARINA designed and produced a capsule collection of luxury leather goods made in Florence, Italy entitled “The Atelier”.

The cohesive process of experiencing brand production from vision to market, laid the foundation for the brand incubation model and the launch of RIKOKO Beauty in 2017 alongside husband and hair color expert Richy Kandasamy. In collaboration with a team of chemists and creatives to effectively formulate, accelerate and launch brands from concept to marketplace and throughout all touch points of design, manufacturing, strategy, communications and sales.
